ADHD( Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder)
ADHD is a developmental disorder characterized by an ongoing pattern of one or more of the following types of symptoms:​

Inattention, such as having difficulty paying attention, keeping on task, or staying organized

Hyperactivity, such as often moving around (including during inappropriate times), feeling restless, or talking excessively

Impulsivity, such as interrupting, intruding on others, or having trouble waitng one’s turn​
For many people with ADHD, symptoms cause problems in daily life. Symptoms can make it hard to get things done; interfere with school, work, or other activities; and strain social relationships. Children with ADHD are at increased risk for injuries, social problems, family stress, and poor grades

Includes academic accommodations, organizational strategies, and classroom management techniques.

Psychotherapy:
Can help individuals develop coping mechanisms and manage emotional regulation.

Behavioral Therapy:
Includes parent training, social skills training, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Other Approaches:

Neurofeedback:
A non-invasive technique that provides feedback on brain activity to help with self-regulation.

Lifestyle Modifications:
Regular exercise, healthy diet, and sufficient sleep can also play a supportive role in managing ADHD symptoms.

Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM):
Some individuals may explore CAM treatments like meditation or dietary changes.
